The Texas Legal Foundation's mission is to advocate conservative public policy positions. TLF welcomes new members, contributors, and others who want to help the organization fulfill its mission. The Texas Legal Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation. However, in order to maximize its independence, TLF has chosen not to seek tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, contributions to TLF are not tax deductible.
